Uniden America Corporation, a subsidiary of Uniden Holdings based in Japan, manufactures and markets wireless consumer electronic products including Bearcat® scanners, FRS/GMRS radios, marine radios, radar detectors, and other wireless personal communications products. Based in Flower Mound, TX, Uniden America Corporation sells its products through retailers and distributors throughout North, Central and South America. By utilizing the concept of TSUNAGO which means 'to connect', Uniden is growing its business by connecting people, businesses and the world, to a more prosperous future.

: Uniden Corporation had completed corporate headquarter building in Hatchobori, Cho-ku.

: Established Uniden Holding, Inc.

: Established Uniden Electronics Products (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd.

: Changed from Uniden Corporation to Uniden Holdings Corporation. Established Uniden Japan Co.
